Shipping Policy

Joanna Bisley Designs ships all purchases via Canada Post's Express Mail.  An email with a tracking number and confirmation will be emailed to you once package has shipped. All shipments will be sent within 10 business days.  Allow 2-6 days delivery.  PICKUP AVAILABLE IN CALGARY, please contact us at jbdesigns@shaw.ca  to arrange. 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within Canada and the from the United States of unworn designs within 7 days for store credit or return, we are unable to accept returns from outside these two countries. We do not accept any custom design returns.  A restocking charge $10 Cdn plus shipping fees will be withheld for each return.

Before returning any item(s) please obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at jbdesigns@shaw.ca , it must be returned in original packaging via Express Post with the correct amount of  insurance to cover the cost of the jewelry/headpiece being returned. We do not accept bridal accessories back after your wedding date. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
