THE DESIGNER

Joanna Bisley is a multi award-winning bridal accessory designer based in Calgary, Canada.  Many of Joanna's designs are drawn on her love of nature infused with her love for a touch of sparkle. This blend results in her distinctive modern signature styles. 

Her passion is creating heirloom quality bridal accessories for brides while providing personalized styling advice whether in person at her Calgary Appointment Only Showroom or a phone call or zoom.  With over 15 years in business experience collaborating with brides and high end bridal boutiques, Joanna ensures that each bride is flawlessly accessorized to complement her individual bridal style.  Her relaxed demeanor and sense of humour effortlessly set people at ease.

THE COLLECTION

The essence of the Joanna Bisley Designs brand is to create premier bridal accessories for the contemporary bride who is looking for something unique and timeless. The ultra femme line with it’s modern aesthetic is meticulously designed and handcrafted in Joanna’s studio in along with her artisan trained assistant. Joanna’s intention is to create designs that will become coveted family treasures that will be handed down to future generations.

She is passionate about only using the finest materials including Swarovski Crystals, precious metals, freshwater/baroque pearls and lightweight handcrafted clay florals.

Her designs have been featured on CTV television and in print with British Vogue, Avenue Magazine, Rocky Mountain Bride Magazine, Blush Magazine, Wedding Bells and Confetti Magazine.  Joanna's pieces have also been featured in numerous blogs including Style Me Pretty, Magnolia Rouge, Amber and Muse, 100 Layer Cake and Ruffled.
